Sundar, Susheel & Risky review of the movie A Gentleman.
Review of A Gentleman is concise; not so sundar, not so susheel, but definitely very risky.
So it’s again a Friday today and this Friday has brought us A Gentleman. This film is written and directed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru, the duo popularly known as Raj & DK who have earlier written and directed movies like Happy Ending, Go Goa Gone and Shor in the City. The music for A Gentleman is created by Sachin Jigar.
Its fresh to see Siddharth and Jacqueline together for the first time. In fact, the trailer seemed to be very promising where we saw Sidharth Malhotra in 2 diverse characters and Jacqueline Fernandez in some action sequences.
Well, yes, Siddharth is seen is 2 very different avatars, which is kind of interesting , and people who consider him to be an eye candy (like me) get a visual treat if nothing else ! However, Jacqueline is seen for a very short while doing those action sequences (but yes, she does look stunning).
In fact Jacqueline’s role is not very long. The story is boring and the screenplay is dull.
The songs are just about average although 2 songs Bandook Meri Laila and Disco Disco is doing well with the younger crowd. This film thoroughly disappoints and does not deserve anything more than 2 out of 5 stars.
